Sandra Carter Interior Design

Sandra Carter was born and educated in Virginia and the New York School of
Interior Design. Mrs. Carter has been in the Interior Design Profession for
almost 30-years. She has participated in six Showhouses and currently has
several design projects in the Metropolitan New York area. She has overseen
projects that required Construction Management, Alterations/Renovations,
Interior Design and Fine Antique & Art Furnishings.
She enjoys working with the Architect, Contractor and the Client from the
creation of a project to add decorative elements, color, style and substance.
